I'm an IT Systems Manager with 15 years in the industry. Currently, I manage technology infrastructure for 180+ users at Strong & Hanni, where every day reminds me that technology exists to serve people, not the other way around.

My journey started at the help desk at Utah State, then moved to network administration at an MSP, sysadmin work at a law firm, and security engineering at CrowdStrike. Along the way, I've developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful adoption—choosing tools that solve real problems rather than chasing trends.

The most meaningful work happens at the intersection of competence and care. Whether I'm configuring a security policy or helping someone recover a lost file, I bring the same attention and respect to every interaction.
