The best solutions are the ones that genuinely help people.
I'm a Systems Administrator with over eight years in IT. Currently, I manage technology infrastructure for 180+ users at a law firm, where every day reminds me that technology exists to serve people, not the other way around.
My journey has taken me from frontline support to enterprise security engineering at CrowdStrike. Along the way, I've developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful adoption—choosing tools that solve real problems rather than chasing trends.
I spent a transformative summer in Alaska, and travel continues to shape how I see both the world and my work.
That experience taught me that the most meaningful work happens at the intersection of competence and care. Whether I'm configuring a security policy or helping someone recover a lost file, I bring the same attention and respect to every interaction.
Technology should serve humanity,
not the other way around.
After years of working in IT, I've developed clear principles about how technology should fit into our lives and work.
People over systems
Every technical decision I make starts with a simple question: will this make someone's day easier? Technology exists to serve people, and the best solutions are invisible ones that just work.
Thoughtful adoption
Not every new tool is the right tool. I focus on solutions that solve real problems rather than chasing the latest trends. The best technology decisions are measured, not impulsive.
AI as a partner
Artificial intelligence is a tool for augmenting human capability, not replacing human judgment. I embrace it thoughtfully, using it to enhance what we can do rather than shortcut how we think.
“The most powerful technology is the kind that disappears into the background, enabling people to focus on what actually matters.”
